List of direct payment gateways supporting native checkout:

In order to enable native checkout, your website must have any one of the direct-payment gateways supported.  This will ensure your mobile app checkout includes a native checkout for Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, and Android Pay too.

List of indirect payment gateways:

If your website has any of these indirect payment gateways, it will be supported on the app. However, the customer will be redirected to your mobile web checkout within the app to complete the payment. Native checkout, Apple Pay and Android Pay are not supported with these indirect payment gateway lists. Details include:
