Here are a few of things you should know about this integration - 

  1. You'll have to download the JivoChat app on your Shopify store.
  2. This feature is available for Power & above plans.
  3. After the integration, the mobile app update on Playstore & Appstore is mandatory. 

We will need a couple of details from you to Integrate Jivo Chat - 

  • Widget ID 
  • Site ID 

Here's how you can get this information from JivoChat dashboard - 

  1. Go to Manage section from left side panel.
  2. Click on Add Channels.

3. Select SDK option.
4. Put the Channel name & Add SDK Channel.
5. You'll find the Widget ID & Site ID on the next page.

6. Please email the Widget ID & Site ID on support@plobalapps.com & we will add it for your mobile app. 


Please note - Once you provide the information, we will update the Android & iOS app within 24 hours. The Android app goes live within 24 - 48 hours & iOS app takes 6 - 7 business days.
