Steps to change the default language of your mobile app are as follows:
- Download the following excel sheet
- Enter the translations in column B for all rows
- Once complete, email the excel sheet to firstname.lastname@example.org, your sales representative or our customer success managers
Once we receive the translation sheet, our team will complete the translation on your app within 24-48 hours and email you a confirmation
You can change the language for your app to any language, including the below:
- Any other language of your choice
- once translated, the new language will be the default language of your app. At the moment, we do not support multiple languages on the app and hope to have that available in the near future too. However, as mentioned above, you can change the default language of the app to any language of your choice.
- The new translation can only be seen once the app goes live. Currently we cannot show translation on the preview app.
